It was a pain to put together, it took me a little over 3 hrs and a few tools bein slammed to the ground lol, but well worth it! I've used the elliptical machine several times now and it is very solidly built and whisper quiet and gives a really good workout at the higher resistance settings. The whole process could not have been handled more smoothly or with more professionalism and in today's consumer market, that deserves a HUGE shout out! Would love to hear back from the company on a replacement piece.

- The package arrived in good condition and quickly = 5 Stars- The exploded view looks like a rocket scientist final exam but the actual instructions are not too bad = 3 StarsAt this point I am thinking a 4 star rating would be fair - then - after 4 or so hours of putting this thing together I am on the second to last step which is attaching the Right and Left Handle Bars but no matter what I do, the Right bar will not sit the way it is supposed to. She told me to please email my proof of purchase, replacement part number (from the exploded diagram), and a picture or two of the incorrect piece.

I am so glad that I took the chance! Assembly: get yourself some snacks and a good Playlist, I considered my self a moderate level ikea builder and this thing took 3 hours. Updated February 12, 2023.

I have a tap and doe set and was able to re-tap the hole for easy threading. I call the phone number without much hope for resolution, boy was I wrong!
