Solid bench or stepper can be used for a good variation of exercises Absolutely love mine and it was affordable compared to other sellersNot to heavy to can be moved to use outside which I use in my garden when warmer. Very pleased with the purchase.

Really happy with this and features daily in workouts. As a result it’s pretty heavy but I’d rather have that sturdiness than a bench/step that bends and bows when you step on it or put any weight on it. It is super compact, folds easily and the storage compartment is an added bonus :) It is a little uncomfortable due to it being plastic with no cushioning but for for a compact home bench it is gold. Whether for stepping low, high, sitting on or resting on or putting resistance bands on you can do all of these and more.
