The truth is, not bad at all. who want a protein top-up. I'm going to purchase some of the other flavours, although I'm guessing vanilla fudge will be hard to beat! Almost too good to be true for such a tasty bar.

They’re low sugar too, with only 0. 7g of sugar per bar! These are pretty yummy, especially since they are nutritionally very good for you.

It is suitable for weight loss and fitness consumption to reduce fat intake. With 12 bars in the box it works out a bit less than two quid a bar, which isn’t cheap but each bar is pretty substantial. I've tried a fair few vegan protein / sports supplement products, and they can be hit and miss - how would a big name like PhD fare?

So whilst I would give these 3 stars, my husband is more generous and says that they are worthy of 4 stars. There are also some crispy pieces in the chocolate glazing. Very satisfying vanilla and peanut taste with a crunchy topping, chewiness and vegan chocolate coating. It is rare that I like protein bars as they are usually dry.
