This radiator cover was good enough for me, used for a radiator that is under a kitchen counter. The heating is not affected, the room is just as warm with the cover over the radiator. The instructions do not help with this. It looks great and covers up a dark radiator which would have been difficult to paint.

So think about where it is going. The quality of the product was very impressive for the price and was easy to assemble. This was exactly what I was looking for to go in my newly decorated hallway.

You need to be very careful with the measurements/drilling for fixing the 2 little cleats to the wall to hold it in place. Only thing that isn't great is being able to access the radiator to change the settings. This is the only reason it’s not 5 stars.

very easy to put together. This is in a busy hall way. To make it look better the MDF in the slats/holes should be painted as you can see the raw MDF but for the price I didn't expect too much.

There are no written instructions - these are in the the form of a set of drawings, which are reasonably easily followed. It’s very difficult to explain but the attachments for the wall slot into the back of the unit but there’s no way of knowing where to put the attachments without awkwardly marking on the wall through the front of the unit. This relates to the pilot holes for the grille retaining screws - a point not emphasised in the constructional notes (I've used my screwdriver to point to the hole position in my second photo).

It was very easy to put together, but when it came to pitting it on the wall… this was a bit silly. Just got to paint it now There must be a better way of holding it there but what I did worked ok. looks great .
