The biggest gripe I have with these headphones is that they are USB Micro B. The headphones are soft and very comfortable.

In terms of build and sound, these are excellent headphones. -If I am doing an exercise that requires lying down then there seems to be a change in sound quality.

There's the slightly latency between sounds outside and hearing them in the headset, and that delay is enough that when you're speaking yourself, or trying to listen to others, it can be distracting. The correct app is dependent on what model of headphones you have. It's a stronger connector, it's not picky about plugging in the correct way around, and you'd have better compatibility with adapters for modern phones and laptops.

An added bonus is the pull cord to make them tighter and stay in place while working out. ! Even the youtube reviews are an effort that fails to touch on all the features.

When folded, they fit well in an inner pocket in my drawstring backpack. The sound quality is great with a nice flat, perhaps slightly warm sound profile, but which makes for an excellent listening experience. They are expandable, lightweight, very compact when folded and put away when not in use and comfortable on my ears. CONS-The touch controls make it easy to accidentally adjust the volume, pause/play music, and go to the next track.
