Great for the price. Effects:I have seen improvements in muscle mass since using this, so in terms of it doing what it should and what it was bought for, I have no complaints.

I mixed mine with the bulk powders ground oats (for carbs) and that made it a little lumpy, but still easily drinkable (i tried the protein shake before and after the oat powder) so far i love this brand and for price/taste and texture i will defintely be buying more vanilla flavour and others that interest me! Also seems to make me more thirsty afterwards than other protein shakes. I highly recommend this product to those who want a simple, unadulterated, and effective protein supplement.

While it may not win any taste contests due to its unflavoured nature, its versatility and effectiveness more than compensate for that. There were very few clumps, and with a shaker bottle or blender, you can achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency.

Taste:Although not what I look for when buying protein powders, as the benefits it gives are more important to me, the taste is actually really good. Final Thought! Good price for whey protein and the flavours are ok but unless you use a mechanical whish or blender it doesn't mix properly so you chew chunks.

Thanks. Overall:All in all, there is no reason not to purchase this product if you're looking for a great tasting protein powder, that mixes well and gives decent results. In comparison to protein powders I've tried in the past, this is the best tasting and the best mixing, either with water or milk that I have tried.

Please let me know if you found this review helpful by clicking the button below. Although renewable resources are good to use to aid the planet they shouldn’t detract from the quality of a product. As someone who values simplicity and purity in their dietary supplements, I was drawn to this product due to its unadulterated nature and lack of artificial sweeteners.
