Will continue the next part. This is actually the first of Jeffrey Archer’s book that I read. I rate it 4.

5. I think it can definitely be read as a stand-alone. The fact that the story line is set in that period of time yet is still modern makes it enjoyable.
I read it in 2 days and it was superb. I know I didn’t realise that this is part of a series, thankfully I realised it quite late in the book and I don’t think it affected me.
I love that he took real characters from the World and wrote about them. Amazing read! I only wished I had followed the story from book 1 which would have add stock to the characters in this book.
