Overall, as part of a diet, this can be a useful, pleasant tasting, easy to prepare aid. Like most meals of this type you have 2 shakes and 1 calorie controlled meal. I only had semi but it doesn't matter that much. I put one third of the cold milk with the full amount of powder into a blender till well mixed, then poured that into my cup, heated the rest of the milk till almost boiling and added that to the cup.

Stick to those simple instructions and you'll get 10 servings per bag. You don't need a protein shaker for this as it says you can stir it in, but I used the whisk head of my hand mixer to give it a smoother mix. This is the first shake of this type that I've seen use real vanilla pods which gives it a much nicer taste. Too often this kind of product ends up lumpy or with an unpleasant texture unless you use a blender,not ideal for every situation and of course not everyone owns such a thing.

The scoop attached does help you make the shake easily. I like the strawberry one very much. The expired date is July 2023 so still plenty of time to use.
